IQue Partners and Lingo Networks will offer the following list of services to Independent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) and Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) ventures throughout the Southeast and beyond on a case-by-case basis.

Competitive Local Exchange Services
IQue Partners will initiate and operate Competitive Local Exchange ventures; i.e. Local Service with Bundles Internet and Long Distance. Premise based equipment and support and or Hosted VoIP solutions which will also include Routers and Software in specific areas where there is benefit for the group but not a conflict of interest with clients or existing partners’ business ventures.
Tech Support Services
Tech Support Services for ISP-Back Office Services: After-Hours Tech Support, such as trouble reporting; and other lines of business to include IPTV Tech support. Tech Support would be provisioned through a reputable Independent Local Provider with overflow to a second-level tech support for cases of high complexity.
Web Design Web Hosting and Domain Names
Through consultation, we can not only design but can host your website. IQue Partners offers a wide range of design plans. The site content can include photos, text, music, documents or any other elements you would like to add to your site.
Long Distance Services for Independent LEC and Others
These service requirements are eroding but for the near term, they represent an opportunity for service. IQue Partners will seek to displace carriers who are charging excessive rates and thereby provide a valuable service to our clients.
IP Transit and Transport
These service requirements are growing rapidly but the cost per Mb pricing is eroding rapidly. Incumbent Providers to the ILEC and CLEC, as well as the Enterprise customer community, are slow to respond to the downward pressure on IP Bandwidth pricing. IQue Partners will seek to assist our clients to groom their networks and optimize the designs in place for our clients with a “Service-FIRST” perspective.
Wireless Services
IQue Partners in conjunction with Lingo Networks will provide a total solution based Wireless Network for the ILEC and CLEC space, as well as State, Government, and Enterprise Markets. In conjunction with this product, IPTV can be deployed as well.
Cabling for Fiber & Indoor Wiring
Services for installing premise based Wiring and Cabling. Fiber digs and design for expansions and new construction are also offered. 
Consulting
Lingo, IQue Partners can provide Telecom Audits for Billing, Premise Equipment, and Networking Equipment. We can also negotiate Cisco SmartNet contract renewals.
Registry of IP Talent
IQue Partners has established a cadre of exemplary IP Technical Resources; i.e. qualified Engineers with CCNA/CCNP, CCSA/CCSE, and TCP/IP certifications, who can provide services directly to our clients. Among the services to be offered would be:
